Signing Off For A Few

Mom is off for a few days so I won't be blogging till she returns. I'm so funny I have such set likes and dislikes in people. In the last few days we have had many visitors and I loudly protest to people I dislike and I really have a hate for people with blond or light colored hair. Mom has a birdy sitter coming to tend to me since it's a short trip. So I miss out on going to my breeders this time. My birdie sitter has been deemed worthy of my friendship as I haven't screamed or offered to bite Colleen in any way. I will not enjoy staying in my cage for a whole day and a half. Anyhow that's all..

One thing I'm trying to learn is to not focus on TV. When I see a show I like I can't hardly find a way to stand and see the TV and play with toys. It's pretty hard and i get all spazzy. If you watch my video here you can see me trying to keep eye on the TV and yet go play with the stuffed tiger Beta. Its can be quite funny as I shake my head, try to turn and do both but mom says it might no be possible to do both. I'm trying to show her it can be done. By the way I seem to be interested in voices like John Travolta's as he is in the one that's playing in this video. Problem is his shows have bad words I'm not supposed to learn.

Playing With Home Work

For a preschool project Tucker has to bring home this tiger named Beta and play with him and then have a little story about his visit written in a journal. Well Tucker hasn't wanted to do this as the tiger came to our house once a little smelly. Anyhow it since had a bath and with my help he decided to play with Beta since I was interested in him. So now I'm a official home work helper super bird. The tiger Beta was fun to play with and I did alot of tasting. Look Tucker is even is smiling around Beta YEA!

Bionical The Newest Food Group

Oh how I love Tuckers toys! And I have recently discovered Bionicals. These are like the best thing ever for a bird like me to play with and attempt to snack on. OK really not meant for me but Tucker shares so nicely. I've not ruined one so he is allowing me to enjoy them with him. Isn't he just the greatest friend a bird could hope for.

Birdie in Farmland

Well mom was really on the go since last week! Can you believe I haven't posted since last week. I was working over time today catching up on play time with Tucker. He had day off from school and had out his Farm toy so we had a blast! Here are a few pictures I will share more latter. These are fun toys for a bird.

Baaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I'm really thinking my mom is going to turn my nice house in to the barn. I'm listening to this new lamb baa baaing all the time. Can you believe she brang this into the house. Come on a diaper on a lamb.

I Did It!

OK I can know stand proud that not only can Lance and Sunday hang upside down from things, SO CAN I. Mom didn't get camera in time but I stood like this all day bragging about my feat. Believe me I was one proud bird, and so was mom. Hopefully mom has camera next time and she will share.

Godzilla Time!

I was playing on Tuckers toy jeep and mom thinks it looks like old Godzilla movie cheesy shots. I do love playing on Tucker's toys.

Look At Lance On His Very Own Play Stand

Lance's mom Andie got this play stand for little birds for Christmas. Isn't it so cute with him on it? Everything is so tiny I would knock it over so I'm not allowed. And Lance only allows his lady love Sunday on it anyhow. Its also in Andie's room where I'm not allowed to play.

Playing with a new toy

Here I am playing with one of the new toys. I like to master taking toys from the bottom of my play stand to the top. This is a new shoe toy that came in the mail yesterday and I've figured out the balance it required to carry it up to the second level of the stand. It doesn't look hard but this can take me a whole day to figure out and its different with each new toy I try.

New Toys!

In the mail today came a whole bag of new toys from eBay just for me - YEA! Not one, not two, but 60. Mom said I can't have everyone today. I did get to play with a whole bunch and can you believe it came with the exact green cup that's my favorite toy? Maybe mom was afraid I'd lose my cup and be so very sad. Here are two that I'm really fond of. This is really hard work getting these new toys from the bottom of my play stand up to the next level.

Tucker Has Been Ok'd

After much thought I have decided to allow Tucker to view my kittens. I let him know not to stick his hands in but to look sitting next to kennel is allowable on my shift. Super Bird (as Tucker calls me) is on duty! See how they all look like me.

I'm A Guard Bird

The House cat had kittens a week ago and wow am I nothing but fixated on them. When mom cat goes out I sneak down and catch a peek. I have decided it may be my job to guard them. Mom tried to pick me up and move me back to my cage and I just let her now *STAY AWAY FROM MY KITTENS* in a very loud voice. By the way don't you all love that they are all a beautiful shade of grey just like me( all 10 ). A few sport some white though but so do I. Know I need to get a look at the tails and see if they have maroon like me as well.

Almost, Darn You Sunday

OK one thing I do alot know is attempt to hang upside down like Sunday the Quaker. My mom got the camera just after I was hanging by one foot and eating a Peanut. OK this is one of the first times I didn't end up landing on the floor of my cage in embarrassment. Well some day I'm going to show that Sunday.
