Getting ready for me my new mom had to get a whole set up for me. African Grey Parrots requires more stuff than one could ever imagine. Buying me was the least expensive part.
I required:
Big special cage
Play stand
Large supply of toys as they are destroyed and needed for keeping parrots from bad habits
Many sized perches for healthy feet
supplements
feed in seed form
feed in pellet form
and most important daily fresh feed of veggies and fruits and such.
Books to learn about me
A potty training guide(so important)
special cage cleaner that removes bird poop(that seems to be related to concrete in some way)
special disinfectant just for birds.
